Trump has said that he will increase defence spending and surely a big chunk of that must be cyber related? The US military use systems for which vulnerabilities are tracked using the CVE service so they will have to track vulnerabilities independently now - how is that efficient?

Maybe some of the staff that have been let go may find opportunities in the military but Hegeth only wants "fit" soldiers! I think I am wasting my time trying to find any grain of common sense relating to this shambles.

Pretty critical information to leave out - it is Micro USB btw - the right choice for the target market I guess but USB-C would have been nice.

Microsoft are now pulling this trick with their Teams product. It is pretty much a closed system as Teams users cannot dial out to video meetings held on other platforms. There are a handful of gateway integrations that allow users on other systems to dial into meetings hosted in Teams but it is a pretty token effort.

The whole enterprise messaging space is a mess at the moment. The ideal would be seamless communication between MS Teams, Slack, WebEx Teams etc. but guess which vendor is making this difficult with crappy proprietry standards??

Samsung rolls out Galaxy Tab 10.1

Very poor management of roll out

I am seriously interested in buying one of these but cannot believe how poorly Samsung is managing the roll out. There is no pricing information available and no official source is taking pre-orders.

I want a 3G enabled model but do not know whether these will be available on the 4th August or whether it will just be the wifi models.

I feel that Samsung are almost driving me into Apple's clutches with their slipshod approach - the experiences of users who bought the previous Galaxy Tab regarding support and software updates is also a a concern.
