It completely illustrate my point and i thank you for that.
Thinking that a delirious paranoid techno egocentrist could have patented the use of the keyboard with a computer in the 70's or 80's makes me shiver....

" '90s and early 00s has built up a backlog of problems. There was a 10- or 15-year period when "the issuance of software patents was too lax", he said, with patents going to unoriginal, vague proposals that have fuelled the litigation and legal trouble that is happening now. "
Who again is patenting "Unlock gesture", "similar design" and "one click action"?
Ho yeah, a true innovator...

what i meant is that this kind of hype only can happen with an Apple product involved.
Don't get me wrong, i like Apple, but i don't like all the hype around it, largely maintened by blind fans. But this is another story...
Linux icon, because of http://www.trustleap.ch/ (Can't i be fan of something?)
.. said in a Thursday press release, exulting in his perception that "user reviews and industry reaction have been fantastic."
Well it's kind of his job to say so.
Beside, what was the last product Apple didn't brand as "Fantastic", "World most adavnced", ...
What puzzles me is that it continue working.
"... 3 per cent gave it the lowest rating of but one star"
And 10% gave a medium rating, so nearly 15% Apple's clients are from "unhappy" to "somewhat unhappy".
Gratz Apple!
It's called KillNotes. But yes, it's still the same pile of crap.
IBM managed to fuck it up so bad everyone leave it for other solutions.
Interestingly, Notes consultants are the perfect reflection of their favorite system:
Worthless brainwashed incompetents who often adopts aggressive survival strategies by arguing tirelessly over Notes theorical goodness, for the sole sake of their vested interest.
I know it first hand by working with these "Notes programmers".
Yes im a bit pissed off.
Cheers.
... relational database designed to manage, analyze and report on business information. ...publish your successes if you must, but have the decency to spare the innocent victims of your activities. Obscure personal data before you publish; otherwise you are considerably worse than those you are attempting to shame."
That would be from real hackers.
What they do is vandalism, and put shame on hackers.
They seems technically good. They should be even better by showing higher standards than the ones they attack.
are nice for PR because it's so easy to make it say what you want.
But real life application can show diffrent results because it gave to deal with real life complexity, wich is NOT the mere sum of (theorical) scholar tests.
For now, any serious work is done either in C or in C++.
It sure does not mean it will be forever so.
Show us a major serious application coded in Go (Chrome OS done in Go?)
