There are two issues. One is that most device companies are slow to provide what they need to to service providers. The other is that service providers are even slower to get updates to you.
I bought a factory unlocked N6 three months ago. Put an AT&T SIM in it. No updates. A few days ago I replaced the AT&T SIM with a Google Fi SIM. Instant updates.
I've been using Vivaldi for months. I have never seen a positive detection. Here's yours: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted web site, aka "Internet Explorer Memory Corruption Vulnerability,"
I use headphones. FLAC sounds better than everything else because it is what it is and not some mathematical equivalent that strips anything out. I can't speak to the Sonos issue, but I can tell you that the musicians I know all prefer FLAC to Apple's supposedly "lossless" format and to all mp3, yes, even at 320k. It just sounds better in ways that are tough to articulate without sounding like a audiophile nutcase. It's more natural sounding. I don't care why and neither do they.
I assess websites for quality according to the criteria that Google uses. The reason that Souter's site has dropped in ranking is because Souter's site is low quality along several dimensions and Google's algos demote it. Google's search results aren't perfect but their crap detector has gotten much better.
