Project managers do it with diagrams

ideapete

A better way maybe

For a long time we have found that if you want to REALLY include the client into project management transparency you simply have to use better tools.

Gantt and Pert methodology always will depend on the sic " guru " to explain and leaves most management totally in the dark.

Want REALLY good project management integration go use http://basecamphq.com/ and to visualize like you have never seen it before link Basecamp to http://www.beedocs.com/ 3D Timeline

Listen , Listen , Listen to your client they will always steer you right ( pun intended )http://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/happy_32.png

Coffee/keyboard

No Cups Dummy

You plug the string in their ears , cups any size D or whatever total waste of money in the wrong place. Or with WiFi you only need a 6" piece ( Ho Ho ) at each end to make it work. Although you cannot rub the string piece to hard or the receiver person looses controlhttp://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/pint_32.png

Hyper is it ( Bring on the Bitter )

"Photonics Hyper Highway". Said real fast by my dog is amusing. Emphasis on Hyper as imaginary things flying through the air courtesy of boffins , 100 x the speed of a tortoise does not make it a Ferrari no mater how many labels they put on it. These Bozos don't even know the difference between a bit and a byte ( 8 x bits ) and their literature shows it. How fast do you want it madam ? - get outa here. We are using ESP in Yankee land courtesy of our Pres so therehttp://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/boffin_32.png

Dont be Silly

Cunning Merkin schema has nothing to do with how good the product is ,First we bury you in crap and fear ( Oh look how big his Putin is and it swims underwater and will eat all your unemployed )

Now we have just the tool here that will shrivel his putin our brand new Posiden P8 easily replaceable with a P122 ( Trade up trade up ) and we will supply you with full credit and outrageous interest as well. You want a Bus who in the heck would try and fly an Airbus dont be silly that's a french idea and you know how that worked out when Napoleon tried to be King of E , we just want your money and your wimen cause they talk funny. How good is it indeedhttp://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/grenade_32.png

1971 MODERN ?

Achtung Achtung - UK guy believes 1971 is modern ?

Actually old chap most American airframes in use today where build with a lot of military switch capability in them as part of the gov funding requirements in case you Brits invade us and try to steal our cold beer againhttp://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/pint_32.png

The flying Dildo

Ref - The previous Nimrod was doing frightfully hush-hush stuff in Afghanistan –

Yes but showing the Afgans how to put a cock on your head with a flying dildo image will not impress anyone, unless its one of those get in line or this will happen to you messages

Nimrod Brits seen at NAS Jacksonville

Dont think its a surprise as we have heard that several brits in RAF uniforms have been on a tour of proposed Poseidon bases in the US end of last year including Naval Air Station Jacksonville . At least they may have been brits walking real upright and bitching about the cold beer. I couldn't find any female information on the state of their rods , nim or otherwise http://www.theregister.co.uk/Design/graphics/icons/comment/pint_32.png

Numbnuts Numrod

Everyone knows that MOD would like to have a rod that works and none would use an antique nimrod, the wimen wouldn't stand for it. It was probably a Job creation tool anyway and they at least could have pulled the rivets outa the holes one by one ( rapidly ) to keep the workers peckers up ( Pick your own puns )

The Tower of BS ( MOD)

Also supposed to be the creator of the "Tower of Babel Lota BS in that one " which fits MOD perfectly well ----ironic that it will be replaced by Boeing P-8 Poseidon ( God of the sea and Earth Shaker ) shows you have to be real careful about your nicknames
