Should be Nothing Nowhere... useless feckers!
I too will be leaving EE for Three this very weekend, simply because I can save 35 notes per month with their all you can eat data plan, currently a similar plan on NN is 52 notes but the rub is, you can't get a half decent signal anywhere!
So even if Three aren't all that much better signal wise, at least I won't be paying as much for the data I'm not getting.

I have come across this a few times now and promptly deleted their deleted items.
One guy had a whole elaborate folder structure going on.... not for long though.
I too have successfully ignored their empty threats of taking me to court for failing to pay one of their penalty charges.
In the end I sent them a cease and desist notice for harassment, they stopped bothering me then.
UKPC are a bunch of bullying thugs that can’t even get that brainless job right.

Just bought 230 of em for the firm and so far, since being deployed just before Christmas, we have had 23 total failures, Power light's on but nobody home!
Our friendly Lenovo engie, (name withheld to protect his job/sanity/gelled hair style), says it's a known issue, but hey, our Lenovo account manager says no it's not, that's just stupid nonsense! Ah well, 23 so far including two this morning and counting...

My reason is that OK it was on Facebook and yes I gues the privacy setting are not what they should be, but none the less, he did set his profile to private so only the people he has added as friends should be able to see his comments.
Assuming he has maybe 10 - 15 or 50 "friends" it still a closed group comment/discussion.
Had he chosen his "friends" with more care, I daresay he would still be employed by Apple.
I feel this is inded a very bad precedent to set with regards to what can be deemed as free speech in private and what can be punished as libel etc...

Just upgraded to 50MB from 30MB which in turn was upgraded from 20MB.
I have to say I have not had many problems, only went 50MB because I hate getting throttled back after I reach the cap on downloads ;-)
Wireless has never worked correctly on the Super Hub, (at least not on mine), so after losing the will to live going through the help desk ops scripted troubleshooting assistance, (despite me telling him I have done all the pre cursor checks and fixes), I simply hooked up my old wireless switch to us as an AP.
All works fine and dandy.
Great end to the day, I also hope his testicles turn square and develop some form of nasty itchy scratchy mould.
The comparison of him to those shady car park sharks is also very apt, top tip, if you get one of those fines, just refuse to pay, even when they threaten with debt collectors, refuse to pay and insist on your day in court, they will drop it before it gets to court because they know they can't enforce the penalty. Successfully done this against UKPC.

First of all, I object in the most strongest possible terms about whatever article you may or may not be writing about covering some random subject matter in the near or distant future, it's utter drivel you arserags! Just thought i'd get that one in.
I would also like to point out that I believe should the identity of of the "Cockhead"™ bomber be identified, he will no doubt be issued a writ of copywrite infringment by Apple™ for use of the term Cockhead™ which I understand is the generic name given to their litigation team.

So all these reports are lies, Manning is not woken during the night every 5 minutes, he does in fact have a bed to sleep on along with some blankets, he is also fully clothed.

And this is based on first hand experience?
Been in to visit Manning to check on his conditions?
Perhaps you have first hand knowledge of guarding prisoners?
I suspect like the majority of us on this forum you have to go by the media reports as to Manning current predicament, if so which comic have you been reading?
Being ex UK Military I have taken part in Suicide watch during my career, the prisoner was not stripped naked, denied proper bedding nor was he woken during the night every 5 minutes.
He was kept under constant close observation and afforded his basic human rights, something to which it would seem manning has so far been denied.
As I said in my post I know little of the American way but to me Manning's treatment sounds a little too close to torture methods employed by uncivilised despot countries.
haha, The American way has nothing to do with Truth or Justice and more the attitude of do as I say not as I do or else.
Manning is clearly being punished before he has even had the courtesy of a trial, I know little of the American way or their constitution, but even if only half the reports about Manning's treatment are true I do know that in any "Civilised" country this treatment would be just plain wrong.

Apparently in the UK it is illegal to beat the crap out of anyone breaking into your house to steal your hard earned property or worse, if you do you get sent to jail and the crim gets a hefty compensation pay out.
OK the circumstances here are a little different, but he broke the rules, the pensioner "may" have over reacted but was provoked. Give him a medal, don't punish him.
If the steward had done thier job properly or the parent(s) had done theirs, there wouldn't have been an issue.
Me, I would have slammed the little shits head into the seat in front of him until his ears bled, but then sometimes I tend to over react too.
Too all you others that have posted well reasoned and well made points about spoilt kids, shouldn't do this that and the other, well done, try sitting next to one on an eight hour flight ;-)
