problems with hotmail
So, I was the lucky one who was caught by hotmail... well, I have spent more than 24 hours to "fix" what Microsoft messed up.
Not only I have not being able to receive messages since November 1st, but I had problems to export my mails to my new account (ten-year emails in my archive), I had problems to read my messages in the new account as I had most of my emails in other languages than English and I simply lost my membership in some shopping websites because I can't receive the messages I was supposed to in order to confirm changes in email address. It is sure no one would imagine that an email account wouldn't receive emails someday.
It is sure I got a gmail account and it is sure I cancelled my hotmail account FOVERVER!!!!!!!! I have never imagined I would have to spend so much time trying to fix an email problem. Come on, if an email account cannot receive emails, what is it for????????? HOTMAIL IS USELESS!!!!!!!
I have seen many people, probably more than 1% of the users, facing this problem. If you look at Windows Live Solution Center forum, you will see how many people are complaining about the same problem and nobody can solve it.
If they know a problem like this would happen, why didn't they announce it earlier????
Today was holiday here in Japan, but what did I do today? I lost my day in front of this computer because of a hotmail problem!!!!!!!!!
