Yeah blocks are also not working since I can see tweets from blocked accounts. Almost like they have fired all the people who knew how the product was supposed to work.

Let's not pretend though Google are being altruistic in their attempts to digitise all the books known to man. They simply want more content to place advertising next to.
I would agree to some extent that archiving all these books is a good idea. What I don't agree with is Google making money off other peoples property. That is theft pure and simple.
In some respects it's the same as the newspaper industry who are only now realising that Google were never in news to promote their content. They were always in it to make money from their unique content. That's why NI are now looking to paywalls to protect their property and make money from the content they own.

iPhone only allows streaming with a Wifi connection
So although it sounds great - it's actually not that useful. If I have a wifi connection most of the time that's for a short period at a cafe or something either that or I'm at home - in which case I'll use my laptop with the 13" screen over the iPhone

Wolff Olins only do 4 colours
I’m surprised that there isn’t a gradient as well. WO did the Abbey rebrand (before they dumped it 6 months later) as 4 different colour ways with a gradient meaning you had 4 different store fronts. Brand recognition anyone? No I thought not! Then they recycled that same 4 colour palette for the AOL Europe rebrand using fonts that didn’t scale online (for an online business) and used guess what a 4 colour palette and now it would appear they have trotted out the same rebrand with 4 colour ways and some posh power points probably to show how they are to make it dynamic.
In fact then I think they trotted out some other colour gradient in the AOL style (although to be faie that could have been Dave – the company set up by ex WO staffers)
Money for old rope if you ask me!
