WMC is the central hub for all my media throughout the house. It is brilliant and the best kept MS seecret out there. If more people knew about it, and if MS actually put enough resources into it, it could take out Apple TV completely. I can remote control it and stream recordings out to my Android (and iOS), but probably not WinPho bizarrely.
I have twin Freeeview HD tuners and feed my AVR via HDMI with 7.1 sound. Fab!
Can't see this making matters any better at Motorola. They already can't seem to get an OS on to their flagship phone within eight months, continually stalling, and reciting the same tired old excuses, littered with caveats such as "hopefully", "working hard to achieve the best ICS experience" and "might be in August".
I never thought that customer service would get so bad, but Motorola seem to have taken it to record lows. I wonder if these job cuts will weed out the deadwood or just completely break the company?
What no picture latency compensation?
Is anyone using this doomed to watching Films & TV that look as badly dubbed as a Ferrero Rocher advert? At least a TV's in-built speakers are time-aligned with the screen, as is any AV amplifier connected via HDMI.
