Re: I wonder what the churn was on wholesale connections...
As far as I was concerned, there should be no effect on Be wholesale connections with AAISP. I've got dual-WAN bonding with them over Be connections. For the last month or so, I have had issues, where I had none before, so perhaps the wholesale service has degraded too. I had thought about migrating to the Talk Talk wholesale, but I'm moving house to another city next month, so I'll deal with it then.

What are quantum computers good for?
Perhaps, and this is off the top of my head, we could use these for some seriously effective noise reduction processing.
We could clean up the first audio and video recordings of humanity to an almost absolute state of clarity. "What's the probability of the audio sample at this point in time if noise had not occurred?"
This goes way beyond mere 'sample smoothing'.

Anonymous takes down UK government websites in Assange attack
Here's a thought...
We should just let Assange piss off to Ecuador with impunity so he can go and fiddle with his little Wiki and listen to pan-pipe moods.
Sure, it might create a little diplomatic spat with Sweden, but what are they going to do? Close down all the IKEAs in protest. I can't imagine why any right-thinking person in this country wouldn't breathe a huge sigh of relief at seeing the back of those divorce-enablers.
All those police in Knightsbridge and go back to more important work too.
It's a Win-Win-Win.

Re: the alleged rape victims?
Which is very interesting to someone who watched the film 'Zeitgeist' a couple of days ago.
Far from being an antihero, Assange is actually a device of the US Government's paymasters to fuel instability in the Middle East, thus perpetuating their agenda of money making.
The uber-rich can only make money by lending it to governments to fight wars, usually on both sides.
There is almost certainly a level of CIA involvement, for whatever reason ^^^

You can't have your money back
Because according to Orange, 3G is a 'bonus' service. You only pay for 2G. Their words.
Personally, I've just given them nearly £400 to get out of a mobile broadband and iPhone contract. It took at least 7 attempts just to get them to unlock my iPhone. The only thing that Orange are good at is utter incompetence.
I see the £400 as a personal fine for my stupidity for ever signing up to this appalling company.
