Agreed, the Board needs to look at themselves as these are the people who hired the guy.

Something is seriously broken in this company's Standard of Business Conduct policy if $2.4M is "paying for performance".

Why fiddle expenses when receiving millions and millions of dollars in bonuses ?

Greed. Pure and simple Greed.

What about all of those who 'gave' ten per cent of their salaries to help pay for this.

Hope they all get their money back.
