Great to know that my dropped signal (inc wireless) when I hold the phone wrong is because of a calculation error. When I started out I worked in software testing, there was a developer who when you reported "if you do this and this, it breaks" would respond "then don't do it, that's not a bug that's a user error". Guess he must have gone to work for Apple.
