seriously? it's like people just now heard of the case, the judge turned down Apple's request for injunctions, and pretty much tied up Apple's ability to get the products from off store shelves, but the judge was overruled by higher courts....
unless of course your "second shooter on the knoll next to big foot" believes all the higher courts are also slaves to the Apple master too....
geez....
and by the way, apple is producing actual proof in the form of prototypes, documenting that the iPhone was designed in 2005 and earlier, and along with the iPad and iPhone concepts in 2002-2004....
do a google search of the documents Apple is presenting from the evidence stream, just as the trial started...
no, it was not in public domain because it was a made up storyline.... unless you believe lies should be released to the media... as "evidence"..... take note this link is to an Android site.... who were none to pleased with the lying going on.....

and by the way the falsified evidence, introduced late, and then barred for being untimely did not have anything to do with the introduction of the F700... it was about a sony design, that turned out to be really an Apple design.... duhhh...
why do you think it was barred... Apple wished it wasn't barred, so that they could make fun of Samsung trying to make out that Apple CAD drawings were Sony's instead....
did you really think Samsung would sit on proof for two years when they were first sued, only to introduce it at the last second? the reason is because Samsung faked a story line that could not be backed up, and a time line that lived in only their imaginations....

so basically you just said Apple lied about it's supply chain???? because Apple themselves said that amazingly all of their suppliers were able to shift production if effected, and there was ZERO fall out to manufacturing during the first calendar quarter, and also they could tell that there was ZERO issue for the 2nd calendar quarter, but could not guess the 3rd and 4th due to it's possible that Japan could experience other problems...

to show you how off these subscription services are, Jones referred to iTunes as a "subscription" service, which of course is lying to himself... no one wants a subscription service for music... that has been proven over and over and over again by Jones' and everybody else's subscription service with their tiny subscribers, and then to expect people to sign up for a subscription service to a subscription service is just moronic.
even Rhapsody is constantly losing subscribers, of the tiny few they have.....
it is a case of "there are no drones here, move along" you can not compete in the industry because people don't actually want to use you.... App or Subscription or not..... move along, App customers didn't want you in the first place, try the web, if you couldn't make it there over the last 10 years, why in the world did you think a "subscription" service for your subscription service was going to help?

it is just amazing that people aren't up in arms that a magazine retail store is taking it's cut, or the guy with a push cart selling papers on the street takes his cut...
are people really that naive? let's get a life out there....
these newspapers want to charge the same price, even though they have no printing costs, WHICH IS A HUGE SAVINGS..... let the person hawking your magazine or newspaper take their cut... geesh...

Papermaster didn't take any "flak" for a dodgy antenna until after he was let go, where you media types decided it was a case of "taking the wrap" when in fact the guy was just let go because he didn't fit in...
the Antenna was never dodgy in the first place, even today, there has never been a patch released for it... BECAUSE IT WORKS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO..... and gets better reception than all the iPhones before it...

iPad is the Item of 2010, and 2011, yet the iPhone 4 will outsell the iPad in both years easily, despite the hate speechers...
money talks and BS of the hate speechers walks, and Apple can't build the iPhone 4 fast enough to satisfy demand. that is money talking.
here is an idea Register, why don't you go buy an Evo, and tell us how many flash sites you get to before it crashes, hangs, does not work. and how slow it is... actually just do a nice round number of 100 sites, and split them equally between restaurant/business, games... video content... other... or so...
then report back to us? was Steve really wrong about this or not?
