Yes! Both!
QWERTY and AZERTY, having just moved to France, I am faced with both! My keyboard at work was complete with Panic, Panic Over and Eject! I left a couple with a colleague as a going away gift!
Coat because I moved on...

to get your off your ass and after the disaster... As I took on more responsibility, I found lots of things that had been bodged just good enough, and it was as far as installations had gone. I found keeping things neat, and allowing for maintenance was a good balance!
I've also had to open computers used by chain smokers... When my previous employer went smoke free, I stopped working on filth filled machines. The worst one was a Dell laptop and the user in question put his ash tray next to the intake vent for the fan... It came to the office in a plastic bag, and we all could smell it as soon as it came in the door! Even the one smoker in the office was offended! We did not open even open the bag, wrote it off as a total loss.
There's an unwritten rule in the IT world about Friday afternoon deployments?? Unwritten my ass! I wrote that in many memos!! It only took one overnighter on a Friday to figure that one out, no support after 5pm or on weekends! So happy to be out of full time IT now!
Beer icon has probably been used to death, but what the hell!
From a driving point of view... I drove an economy car, not really fast, and I always hated seeing that damn T in my rearview mirror! Are all the Tesla drivers habitually tardy? Get out of my way bub! I'm in a Tesla!! Did they all upgrade from a Beemer??
I know the people that think these things are cool, and helpful. They can barely use a computer, and Do NOT Touch type, that's why it's to say hey google or whatever... Not IT people in any sense of the word, it's sad that it takes way more education than most people will ever have to use this IoT TAT in a remotely safe fashion...
I seem to recall the "Registry" wasn't even supposed to be a thing, one department at Redmond developed it for their internal use, and then everybody wanted to use it... and then the genie was out of the bottle. I can't seem to find the story anywhere?
