...have Logitech decided that "ergonomic" means doubling the size of the delete button and shoving the insert key off to ghod knows where?. I don't think you can now buy a Logitech keyboard with the standard 101 key layout now.
Still, the actual reshaping of the qwerty keys themselves seems like a good idea. If it wasn't for the stupid delete key, I'd consider buying one of these...
When I tried to advertise a music site with AdWords, almost all my words were rejected - I got the impression that either you had to sell everything to do with the word in question, or you were (for example) the only supplier of left-handed hamster prosthetics in the world.
...with the constant tone of "moral high ground" from people who profess to detest Second Life and go out of their way to belittle it, but seem, at the same time, to know an awful lot about it. I think you'd be a lot happier if you stopped sneering and just came out of the closet wrt to Second Life.
You can take the piss out of stuff (the press conference interrupted by a horde of flying penises was hysterical) without taking some rubbish "holier than thou" tone about it. Compare the tone of most of your Second Life articles (though not all - http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/02/20/second_life_analysis/ was the most thoughtful article I've read on the subject) with, say, the article where the editor of the Economist laid into the Microsoft sponsored love in.
I expect what will happen is what happened with NT 4.0.
Loads of big customers put pressure on Microsoft, and they ended up extending support for the OS waaay beyond the date they tried to force everyone to upgrade by.
and as for the person who said "you were daft enough to buy windows games in the first place so there's no helping some people." it helps not at all to pour scorn on people who want to play a game that is only available on Windows. Read: most of them.
