Galileo does have a war zone jamming system agreed with the US.

What it does is allow aircraft to land, ships to dock and road traffic to be charged if a future US administration decided to reduce GPS coverage over Europe as part of a future disagreement with cheese eating surrender monkeys.

Remember this is the base accuracy before you start using ground based correction. So you can get 1m at high latitudes if you don't have a phone signal.

If you have a local RTK base station you can get cm resolution with either system

If it's anything like the tax credits here - there is no way to get it right, you claim everything and a year or two later they decide what the rules were.

Call somebody a software developer and you get R&D tax credits, developer = research & development. Call them a software engineer and you can't, engineer = production.

However the prosecutor would have to show that the police SWAT team would likely shoot to kill an unarmed occupant of the house.

They need this in case you ever have a little accident on the tube and they need to show your links to terrorism. Or you complain about slipping on the pavement and the local council needs to find some porn / alcohol / gambling links to suggest you might not want published if you decide to sue.

Given the cost of getting metal into orbit the principle advantage of space mined stuff is that it's already up there. If you have a couple of million tons of Ti in orbit it is a lot easier to use it build something to go to mars than land it on earth and then launch it again.
