I think there is a workable technical solution.

3d movies were a flop so there are lots of pairs of 3d glasses around, more than enough to give them free to anyone in Northern Ireland/The 6 counties/Ulster/The ancient lands stolen from our ancestors (delete as appropriate). So Mega corp could move their HQ to London and write off everything as R&D and pay no tax. Except they can't because then they can't sell in Europe and a company from any country with a functioning legal system would get hit by their own tax guys.
