Rather well. There are only a hand full of shipyards who never have to worry because the Navy is required to buy more and more ships from them however late or expensive. The ships don't even have to work and can, in the ideal case, be decommissioned before they're launched.

It's a fantastic business and I recommend it whole heartedly to any industry that doesn't want to compete in the free market.
