I've downloaded material that maybe I shouldn't have.
This is because the DRM on the legal downloads make it an inferior product. I think consumers should vote with their feet, and insist on legal downloads being DRM-free.
Oh, and I've worked on quite a few television shows and I'm a writer.

When you download an MP3 of an artist's work, legally or illegally, there is literally no theft involved.
The master tapes are still at the studio. The same amount of CDs are still in HMV.
Moan about piracy if you want, but to base your argument on a statement that goes against the laws of physics shows what disregard you have for reality!
Nope, even using Opera on my Orange-branded HTC Desire, I can't properly access Facebook. But I get a more detailed error message, as opposed to the brief note of failure from the official app.

As demonstrated, the national ID card scheme is a much more efficient way of losing your details.
All your personal details and biometric information can be lost in one go, so much better than the old fashioned way of losing the odd important document.
