There's another reason....
There's another reason why users "don't realised the full potential of their ERP/CRM system" - most CRM implementations are over engineered as the vendor/implementor set up every bell & whistle the product had. This results in users getting fed up with how long it takes to input data, or simply learn how to use the system in the first place.
Most organisations would be better off with systems that just focussed on what they NEED to do, rather than being driven by what the software vendor said the product COULD do.
