Service Quality
Service quality was already low and has now gone out of the window. I ditched Sky Glass 18 months ago as it was awful, having been a Sky TV customer for about 15 years. I now only have the mobile service because it's cheap. I had to call them to sort a problem last week and it was almost impossible to get their impenetrable AI chat bot to put me through to a human. As soon as I can find a comparable mobile deal elsewhere (we have several SIMs in our family and I can share the pot of data among them) I'll be off.
