Constitutional Violation

The legal power the judge assumed here borders on a separation of powers Constitutional violation. The judge essentially gave Microsoft the authority to declare war on these computers. There are also some striking similarities to the law enforcement process of obtaining a search warrant, except Microsoft isn't a police force! More Info
