Bill is right
I agree with Bill on immigration, huge mistake. Bill needs to set an example, show that he puts his money were his mouth is. Why bring smart people from India only for engineering jobs? Start from the top, bring some executive staff members on H1B, may be even a CEO. I mean, we are told that good CEO is so hard to find, hence the absurd payouts.
On the ID card by Microsoft, that reminds me the ID "bug" from movie "Brazil".

If they knew that US is controlled by Jews, why did they run to US? Should have run to Russia, not many Jews left there. On the same note, what is the difference between US and Russian Constitutions? Both guarantee freedom of speech, but US also guarantees freedom after speech.

It is not just HP cutting R&D, bunch of other "high" tech companies are doing it too. The corporate management pigs are finally cutting the roots of the tree. For a minor cut in the dividend or their compensation package, they could keep hundreds of R&D engineers employed and feed on the results of their productive labor. Otherwise, soon they will have nothing to feed on, but their vomit and feces.
