My question would have to be....Why prevent him in the first place even if one has the right to do so. He's not all that influential in the US, and he's certainly not a radical that might damage society. By making a scene, the government was simply fueling his fire.
What was he visiting for? A speaking engagement? That would be awfully embarrassing, and to a semi-celebrity who makes money off of showing the world how dissatisfied and angry he is, you're pretty much asking him to rant and cry bloody murder over it.
What does the letter "Q" sound like when uttered by a Swede? Why not name him queue, or cue, or ckuuu or something ridiculous like that.
Seems that where they live is pronounced like an "r". Perhaps the whole region is obsessed with Scrabble.
Doctor: Congratulations! It's a girl. Now lets see....the letters we have to choose from are: L, B, O and 3 E's. Not much to work with there.... hmmmmm.... Oh and your daughter was born on 5 May, so that gives you a triple letter score at least.
They are only naming him Q becuase they want him to grow up to be a high value citizen.
