I was under the impression that Microsoft R&D was "put together by monkeys" - James Doohan

The great plan being to throw bit together or already existing ideas that works fine ... and see what happens with the distinct understanding of:

If it work - Great!!! Chalk one up for the R&D party. but the downfall of this being that Microsoft losses money on all the bug fixes and phone support generated.

If it doesn't work - Call it Windows!!!
