Don't worry
The car makers do not want F1 on pay TV they and Bernie INSIST it is shown on free to air TV.
If it is not shown, the public will not see the cars and the team sponsors.

I am not bothered by non animated banner ads and have been known to visit the sites (specialist forums). But a few years ago I was forced to start blocking them.
1) Popup adverts covering the site - kill them.
2) Huge ads taking up too much screen.
3) Animated ads - as bad as animated TV channel logos - evil.
4) Ads with sound - **** off!
5) Sites where we already pay - looking directly at Ebay here.
And there you are, a lot of web users were happy with them until you started assulting us with them. We knew they paid for the site but we do not want to be assulted.
HINT: TV ads if not watching a recording, due to advert volume I do not turn down the volume I MUTE.
I buy what is good, manufacturer doesn't matter.
Sony make some of the best video cameras - so when I needed a new one - what did I get? I am not going to buy something else just due to brand - that is a little silly.
I would even buy Apple of they made something I wanted and were best or good at it.
When you have a series which you enjoy, which gets new and exciting games which provide different stories you are happy with sequels.
HL2 metioned before - sequel
Portal 2 soon - sequel
To many gaming fans near the end of the year there are two "3" sequels being released, my favourite series Uncharted and a lot of peoples favourite Mass Effect.
Why are they worse by being sequels?
Well they are not, they are well respected series.
We have a PS3 and a PC well capable of gaming.
I prefer sitting on a comfy sofa to sitting on a dining room chair.
I prefer our 46" TV to the 17" monitor.
I like the holdability of a controller over KB & mouse.
Yes I do both.
And I am using a rather DRMed PC gaming system, but everyone loves it - Steam.
So what if there are a lot of sequels, perhaps it is because they are good series.
Portal is anything but overhyped, I just hope Move support is added as I prefer comfy settee to sitting at the PC.
Uncharted - well it is possibly the best console game series of this generation, or it could be Mass Effect?
Lots of really good games, so what if they are sequels?
Some of the top series, I am looking forwards to finally using the Move controller for more than stacking blocks. There are rumours Portal 2 MAY support Move. But it will get used on Helghan anyway.
But the best for me is in November when Uncharted 3 comes out, gives me time to Platinum Drakes Fortune and Among Thieves and to try to get to level XXX (currently X).
First purchase is LBP2 for the children.
Got to say must be the best year so far to own a PS3.
I used to have an old car which was popular in club level motorsport in the 1980s (and also RAC rally), so parts were easy to get - IF they were competion parts.
I had a nice 2" bore twin box exhaust. Sounded meaty but not over loud.
Fun for suspension components and engine parts.
Yes I used to pick on the boy racers in their hot hatches
I instantly though car maintenance.
Would have saved lifting a head when I had a passenger back inlet cam sproket jump last year to check valves, all 6 were fine.
Moral is alway use new stretch bolts.
Boffin pic. because fitting cam timing belts is at that level!
With 6 PSN accounts we wouldn't be able to afford XBL.
I will say that I only got into online gaming due to the fact it was free, if I had to have paid I don't think I would have bothered.
Regardless of console more dedicated games servers are required, P to P can be so laggy.
But the online generation consoles have all increased chatting to people you would never have met.
All in all PSN and XBL are good things.
Lets think.
Wave around like a wally?
Wave around like a wally with a sex toy?
Wave around like a wally with hand held fridge lookalike?
Sit down with sex toy and point at TV?
All we want is a lightsabre and a game we can use it with.
Or sit down with conventional controller.
For the PS3 2007-8-9 were good, LBP in 2008 was very interesting. 2009 for UC2 again. Only really a few this year - GOW3 (GOD this time), Heavy Rain, GT5.
But there are a large amount coming out next year of established series, and third party developers not called Insomniac have finally got a handle on PS3.
I just happen to see what is being released and think - how can I afford them all.
3D - I think it will stay but not be popular.
Motion here to stay but hopefully optional, the best to use being the 360 Dancer, PS3 sports and PSN Tumble.
Bye the way casual games bore me - I want to be transported off to some exotic location and play as an interesting character, don't care if Soldier, Spaceman, Lombax, Assassin, or fortune hunter, just entertain and astonish me.
The huge this generation third person games to me are my favourites.
I think the MS Kinnect games will keep on as party games, I think exercise and dance will be best usage, basically where the camera will track and compare rather than use as controller.
The PS3 will get loads of naff ports of Wii stuff, and a few well used "normal" games.
I don't think either will get dumped but I can see them being the equivalent of the Wii balance board - only used very occasionally.
