Forget the pencil, they have 2 identical kitchen timers, but with different brand/logos on them :)

This is the one on the left, not sure about the one on the right...

Guns in Street View

A quick click on the 'street view' icon and then 'search nearby' for 'gun' and we'll see the person in question is *in the parking lot of a gun store*. He's literally 3 parking spaces from the front door of the Dakota Arms dealer at the corner of 7th and Main. A little less of a 'OH NOEZ' moment, I'd suggest.
