'Do not pass go, do not return to your workstation'
Almost everyone here says that fired admins should be escorted out and not return to their workstations.
Here in Holland we have at least 2 weeks (but more often 2 months) notice.
It's impossible to terminate someone and kick them out the same day.
So this would give our BOFHs plenty of time to cook up a very nice script..
