And please refrain from apologizing on my behalf. Its about time that we in America stopped trying to
kiss the worlds butt in the HOPES that they would like us for it. All they do is see it as a weakness to exploit. And the Democrats are imploding first, so I don't see what your problem is.
It looks at waveform SHAPE, not rate. And if you have a heart attack, the device (if your using the right software) will be able to inform you of subtle changes in your EKG, before it gets to that. Not to mention, it could call the doctor for you if it sees classic signs of heart attack behavior.
I work at an aerospace company in the US and we are currently developing a vehicle that uses the Vauxhall 2.0L Diesel engine because it is the most advanced design available. It develops 200HP and gets upwards of 40MPG. We have a Vauxhall vectra in the yard that we use as a test bed and GUESS WHAT. We CAN'T GET IT LICENSED in the US. It doesn't meet the emissions standards so we aren't allowed to DRIVE IT. So all of you who wonder why we don't have as good a selection of cars here as EU. Its because Emissions vs MPG cancel each other OUT. Everyone wants their cake and eat it too. If Obama wants to ween the US off of foreign oil, he would LOWER the emission standards to allow better MPG. Sorry, you can't change the laws of physics, you can have one or the other, but not both.
