If only she was a Brazilian and not Arabic.
Is it me or do the people around the stadium look like stubble ?

Perhaps. Then again they may get some science done and at the same time piss all over a few first world countries I could mention that spend their time standing on the sidelines with no aspirations of their own. Personally I'd love it if my country entered the passing game but we're too busy spending out money on bailing out bankers. When we do spend large amounts of money it will be to shave a few minutes off journey times between London and Birmingham.
It's a time machine. Surely they should have added the 4th Dimension to it.
Could have had all the actors say their lines really quickly and then broadcast it in slow motion.
Or the other way around.
Or have the plot make sense regardless of whether you play it forwards or backwards.
They don't produce anything physical but they do produce opportunities.
I've had 2 HR managers contact me this year asking whether I'd be interested in vacancies they had. I'm not looking for a new job but tells me that the skills I have on my profile are sought after by companies other than my current employer and in the current economic climate that's reassuring. The trick is to not treat linkedin like facebook. You want quality contacts not quantity.
Do people really hold a phone up to their ears for 50 minutes at a time?
My conversations last a few minutes. If I'm on a conference call then I put the phone on speaker.
Even if the study is accurate, I can't see it affecting the brains of the vast majority of normal users.
Probably more risk of getting repetitive sprain injury from texting than you have of frying your brain.
You can't have dealt with many indians then. You may even have made a valid point but what's the fact that they may be looking at this site got to do with your anonymity ?
Scared they might stick a fatwa on your arse ?
That's the other brown guys you're thinking off.
Clearly there are no limits to your ignorance.
Regards
an indian
People want choice. They don't want to be told how to view movies.
There are times when I want to stream movies. There are other times when I may not have an internet connection where I would want to play a physical disk.
Microsoft has always been a company that doesn't enjoy giving their customers a choice.
... and I really hope that this arrogant **** doesn't get them dead. Something like half the people I knew growing up have served there in the past few years, not all of them came back. Several that did come back didn’t exactly come back whole.
I suspect there are a few innocent Afgans saying something similar.
Imagine going to a wedding only to see your family and friends blown to bits by bullets fired from a passing American helicopter.
>>What ever happened to wikileaks serving as a way to keep corporations and governments honest?
Thats exactly what Wikileaks has been doing. They've exposed a number of incidents that were covered up by the US government not least that Apache shooting down the unarmed journalist.
>> The information in these leaks isn’t scandalous in the least; it isn’t evidence of anything untoward on behalf of the governments involved in this war. It’s a detailed list of who’s who and where; just the kind of information that the Taliban require to get our men and women dead.
Information hasn't published it yet. What do you know that the rest of us don't ?
>> We kill them, they kill us.
You do your friends a disservice by breaking down the complexities of whats going on into 6 words
>> The armchair critics of this war such as Ass. have absolutely no idea what is going on there.
Just because you have a few friends involved doesn't make you less of an armchair critic.
>> And you wonder why I don't use/like gift cards.
Actually no I don't.
I don't sit here and wonder why an anonymous person who I don't know and will never meet doesn't like using gift cards. I'm also not particularly interested in what you had for breakfast.
'The BBC's governing body the BBC Trust expressed concern last year about the increasing number of viewers watching catch-up services and said that rules on licences should be clearer.
Most people in the UK already pay a licence fee. They're forced to because of the snooping vans that go around all over the place. It's pretty much impossible to not pay the fee. Therefore anything I watch on my computer is already paid for
Can't we simply cover aircraft with frozen chickens to make them invisible?
Every time I stick a frozen chicken in my microwave oven it absorbs the microwaves which then get converted into heat and the chicken cooks from the inside. Sounds similar to this metamaterial stuff
Seems to me that frozen chickens would be an alternative to all this hi-tech malarky of creating black holes.
Sticking frozen chickens on the outside of bombers will also have the added benefit of having a meal ready for the pilots when they get back from their mission. In fact I think we could go the whole way and have a complete 3 course meal attached to the outside.
I had an XBox360 for 3 years. I was on my third console the previous 2 having been repaired due to the 3 red rings issue. When the slim came out, the Game store was offering a part exchange deal so I jumped at the chance to get rid of the poorly designed xbox. Having had the slim now for about 6 months I can make a few direct comparisons between the 2
Xbox:
1) yeah nice games if you're into pure gaming.
That's about the only positive thing I can think of.
PS3:
1) yeah nice games if you're into pure gaming.
2) can charge controllers directly from console from day one without having to buy any additional kit.
3) DLNA compliant. I can stream movies from by buffalo linkstation live directly to my PS3. The 360 was also 'DLNA compliant' but in a typical microsoft way i.e. it didn't work properly. Had to use a third party application called TVersity to get the streaming to work on the 360. Therefore always needed a PC switched on to stream movies. In fact not just movies. Music and pictures too. As a media hub is it fantastic and just works without the need for a desktop PC being in the loop.
3) built in wireless. Didn't need to spend £50 on a wireless adaptor.
4) built in Blue Ray
5) built in web browser (I use it to get free view channels from tvcatchup.com after my freeview box broke)
6) it is very quiet. It is quieter than my Panasonic DVD player which has a built in hard drive. I use the PS3 now to watch DVDs.
7) it is still running after 6 months which is more than I can say for the Xbox360
Which was the last war that wasn't aggressive ?
On topic. Why should a public company suspend its contract for a person that has gone abroad as a result of his/her employers request , in this case the MOD. ?
In any other company you would be able to claim back the costs involved as 'expenses'.
Its the MOD at fault. Not the mobile phone companies.
"I don't care if someone does something stupid and gets hurt. I do care if someone does something stupid and hurts other people. As someone who bicycles on city streets and frequently has to slam on the brakes to avoid getting crushed under the vehicles of morons talking on the phone, I applaud this development."
I presume you don't 'applaud' this development' whilst riding your cycle. That would be a little dangerous
"Over here they'd be arrested, charged, and their DNA taken before they could say "innocent until proven guilty" -- then they'd have bogus charges outstanding for a few months."
No,. Over here they would have been shot and the police commissioner would have failed to resign
