Highway code, section 88:
'‘Manoeuvring. You should be aware of what is behind and to the sides before manoeuvring. Look behind you; use mirrors if they are fitted. When in traffic queues look out for pedestrians crossing between vehicles and vehicles emerging from junctions or changing lanes. Position yourself so that drivers can see you in their mirrors. Additionally when filtering in slow-moving traffic, take care and keep your speed low.'
Quite clearly stated there that motorbikes can filter through slow-moving traffic.

I agree..
..especially given that the citizens/subjects/denizens/drones of the UK are by law expected to know every single law and every single possible application and interpretation of the law, not to mention every single legal case that has ever occurred and established a legal precedent ('ignorance of the law is no defence')
For the police, who are supposed to enforce these laws, to have a lesser understanding than a member of the public, is completely unacceptable.

Actually...
For a start you don't need the entire genome, because that's not what DNA testing is looking for. Secondly, you can cheaply synthesise only the sections of the genome that would be tested for, with nothing more than the equipment found in an undergraduate lab and, say, the information found on the police DNA database, You can add this to a blood sample that's had the DNA-containing cells centrifuged out, and hey presto - one blood sample that contains only the DNA of your stooge, with no traces of any other.

Of course
DLC is ruining his summer holiday. But if they'd release a game when it was finished, they wouldn't have to rush around desperately trying to get it working. Fable 2 came without the vaunted multiplayer system on release - and after all the publishing and everything, they were still running around like blue-arsed flies trying to get that part working for a DLC release to coincide with the physical release.
Nice going there.

I bought a perfectly legitimate copy of Devil May Cry 4 some time ago from a high street retailer. It installed SecuROM without my permission, and then SecuROM had compatibility issues with Vista and refused to allow me to play my game!
I pirated the game. I can now play. DRM penalises only legitimate owners.
Incidentally, I retained the purchased copy of DMC4. Capcom still have my money. But I won't be buying anything from them again, until they get it through their heads that unfairly penalising people who've paid actual money for an actual copy of the game is a *retarded* business approach.
