Pubs can already if they wish have 2 pint glasses.
The current legal measures allowed for Beers and Ciders in pubs are
1/3 Pint, 1/2 Pint and any multiples of 1/2 Pint.
So just ask your friendly landlord to stock 2 pint glasses
