OS9 Classic mode..
..or just like parralells in OSX.
I find it funny that to make any new OS sellable (OS X/Win7) needs XP compatibility.

While I don't really see this as a way to impose improper censorship on the Germans, and in actual fact I think this is a good idea...
However...you don't have to look too far back in Germany's history to find an example of law being abused to take more power than originally intended...
Assuming that for every text she sent she got a reply, and taking into account she receives FW:FW:FW:FW:FW:FW: LOL texts, lets take her down to 7000 outgoing texts.
Which works out at 233 per day. (14 per waking hour (16))
Is that really a newsworthy number? December, school holidays, she was probably using her phone like an IM client....could easily fire through 50 in a couple of bored hours..
For all those saying that people should no better:
When you get an iphone and sign up for the free trial, at no point are you made aware that EVERY TIME YOU ADD A CONTACT TO YOUR PHONE it is added to 'MobileMe' contacts, not the contacts on the handset.
When I cancelled my mobileme account, I was under the impression that mobileme was syncing a COPY of my contacts back to the server, not that I was looking at my mobileme account every time I went to make a call.
I can guarentee you that if you close an O2 Bluebook account that your contacts don't dissapear off your phone.
