As a Be user myself...

It seems fairly pointless for Be to try and block BitTorrent sites. Their Thomson/Alcatel routers regularly lock up because they can't cope with all the open sockets anyway, even when trying to download legal torrents (ie popular Linux distros). But at least blocking the trackers MIGHT absolve them of any legal responsibilities...

The one with the working ADSL2+ router in the pocket, please...

A full charge draws 28kWh? The battery has a maximum capacity of 35 kWh? Eh?

Assuming that's actually 28kW, or about 120 amps, you would definitely need a special garage - the average domestic electricity supply has a 100 amp fuse/circuit breaker...

390 hours standby

As the owner of a Touch Diamond, I am fully aware of HTC's claims re 'up to x hours' standby time - you might get half that if all the radios are switched off and you don't actually use it for anything other than a desk ornament. Other than that, I can see that this would sell like hot cakes if the underlying WM6 UI was improved. TouchFlo 3D is good, but it's only a skin. If Android or iPhoneOS was installed on it, HTC could become a top 3 manufacturer...

Incompatible hardware

If a client of mine is anything to go by, incompatible hardware is probably a Win98/ME machine with no ethernet. Are A-OhWell going to send an engineer round to fit an ISA network card? Me thinks not.
