Secret sauce....
'...and ordered CMI to hand over its secret sauce code..'
And there was me thinking that the drivers had been trying to hide their secret sauce - silly me!

'I firmly believe that wind power will be our main energy source'
Oh yeah - and when the wind don't blow?????
This guy is a complete numpty. There is no credible alternative to nuclear power so live with that you climatista! He is just spouting the usual anti-capitalist/Dave Spart nonsense, backed up by no credible science.
Just remember that CO2 makes up only 400 parts per MILLION in the atmosphere; most of it comes from completely natural sources, volcanoes being a huge contributor - are you guys going to protest against volcanic eruptions?
Just leave him in a padded chamber to foam at the mouth as the temperature drops (as it has over the last 10 years). Remember the 70s - global cooling was the terror then!!
Having been (mea culpa!) on a speed 'awareness' course I was not surprised that all the other criminals were like me - boring. law-abiding (obviously not the speeding variety) citizens. We are the only people who are suffering - because we are essentially honest, have a fixed abode, register, tax and insure our cars properly.
It beggars belief that the BiB & political scum do not try to solve the real problem (see the title for a clue!).
Speed is a contributory factor in less than 7% of all accidents (TRL 323) - contributory factor mark you, not the cause!
So, even though it is accepted that wind generation of electricity is fatally flawed as the wind she don't blow all the time, (hence 100% cover by conventional power stations is required), the 'green' activists now want precedence over the only sensible and reliable source of power !! You just couldn't make it up!
If gas-fired power stations are constantly fired up and shut down to accommodate the vagaries of the wind, they require far more maintenance than if they are allowed to run continuously.
The only sensible course of action is to build more nuclear power stations.
