I bought an iPad Air2 the other day and am generally enjoying it but GOD HELP ME I'm this close > < to stacking it off and getting one of these instead because I want to be able to DNLA stream mkv files from my media server. Incomprehensible that Apple make this so difficult.
But games like Hitman Go, Civ Rev (2), and the Silent Age just keep me locked in.
Maybe I just need to man up.

Microsoft's MCSE and MCSD will become HARDER to win
Passed the Office 365 MCSA recently -- there was loads of powershell queries I had to.. put together.. which is weird because in the real world, on my laptop, I have a folder called 'Powershell Scripts' with lots of Powershell queries saved as text files where I refer to all the powershell functions I need for Exchange, AD, etc -- does that make me less of an expert?
Getting people to remember how to execute SQL queries or Powershell scripts is utter nonsense.

Virgin now do two boxes - a 'hub' and a 'superhub' I think they call them.
The old modem+router has been done away for a Netgear with their connection which has 100mbps ethernet whilst their 30mbps+ products get a gigabit router.
It's a bit of a cheek, if you ask me, so I still run a router (gigabit) infront of their box and get double-Natting, which is annoying.

An Absolute Farc-Up
I've been hitting the site for just over 2 hours now (since 9.30) - and have got to the 'choose your phone and tarrif' screen twice and it keeps crashing out.
what an absolute joke - once you get sent the code, they should switch you onto another box instead of continuing to run you on this overloaded server.
very very cross as an upgrade customer!
