I think we've been too hard on the telcos all due to the net neutrality fanatics! Net neutrality itself is has now been hijack by the likes of Google who are bent on promoting their vause at the expence of the telcos. MSFT is responsible for all this mayhem engulfing yahoo. MSFT is now erroneously believing that its online future is now entirely dependent on acquiring yahoo and as such is resorting to every imaginable ways to unsettle yahoo. Thumbs up for the FCC on this one!!One could only hope now that the punishment that will be given to Comcast will not make a mockery of things. I believe the FCC should use this case to improve on it sdwindling popularity. The ISPs will never come clean on this behavioural ad targeting no matter how congress would want them to do. I'm not disputing the result of the studies but can't still find the connection. As one reader pointed out previously, the tags may not be the problem here. If this is truly the case, then future medical equipments should be built in a way that the RFID tags do not affect them.
