All you need is a ticket to Lille and you do not go through British immigration at Brussels.
The issue has been that people have then not been getting off at Lille but continuing to London.
British Immigration tried to check all and deny boarding to those they suspected would not get off but were threatened with arrest by Belgium police - so checks at both ends
It is interesting that before the 2.5% of watching films by p2p, there is 26% from dvds.
That legal download is but 1% (no mention of margin of error) and online streaming only 1.9% suggests that people use p2p because online viewing is just not available (or looking at lovefilm and netflix - there is nothing you want to watch).
Another piece of data is found interesting is the source of funding for British films. The first point is that its the only table in which the figure are not sorted. Is it perhaps to hide the point that the second largest source of funding is the UKFC lottery (at 18%). That is the national lottery. Its only behind distributors at 20%.
Me think they protest too much
Raspberry Pi is just some hardware abet cheap.
To teach kids to program they need:
an environment that supports development
teachers with the knowledge and skill to guide the pupils
a language that will in the first instance allow quick development - with GUI
a language that can then be expanded to allow more control - i.e. lower level.
As far as I am aware R Pi is not going to supply all of that.
In teaching programing, the hardware is not important. What is important is the environment, the tools, and the teacher
Because they want it BACK.
They had it with the ipod. Android mean you don't use your ipod (well I don't) and I don't use itunes anymore.
Apple gets no more money from me and since I got an Android phone I use no apple products.
They just want my money and control of me again.
Skipped all the queues.
Came back and did the retina scan here - skipped those queues also.
The main issue is the mixing of domestic and 'foreign' travelers. It hasn't worked in the US ever - so why introduce it here. Oh that's right its about the airlines - not security.
You opposition finishes their article with a throwaway sentence of
'For anyone who joins its Appstore Developer Portal now, Amazon will waive the first year's $99 membership fee'.

Why the fee. It rather suggests a new Itunes with lockout to other stores
Number portability is marketing ploy nothing else - who really wants it.
The cost of termination is rubbish also. All the mobile companies except for 3 have sufficient customers calling the other networks that at settlement time the cost to the initiating carrier is nil. Only 3 has to pay as they have so few customers. They could remove the termination charge completely and it would not affect the carriers at all.
This is just ofcom being blow hards - again. Who is actually behind it? Ofcom have never done anything on their own - they are just not bright enough
Its all about money - pouring money not yet paid in taxes into the coffers of the mates of whoever is in power.
Hopeless Security will continue to create these bullshit rules to justify their cost. They have not hope of catching anyone/anything. They have to justify their excessive budget somehow.
Just don't go to America - or fly anywhere for that matter- and ensure you wear a hoodie
