The Schmidt hits the clan: Google chief mauls publishers' 'abuse of dominance' claims

Joel Cholakians

Bring back 10 basic links and nothing else apart from paid adds on the side-lines and then you will be complying with the law. Simplez.

Brit IT workers are so stressed that 'TWO-THIRDS' want to quit

Joel Cholakians

The reason they are so stressed now, is because they are all really working for the CIA & new formed KGB, they are surrogate spies, who if they went out on dates would have to tell their partners the truth like honey, Google is robbing UK AU NZ FR DE IE etc domain name holders from millions of dollars by shoving them bellow the #1 website.

So of-course then the partners would turn around and say your a paranoid psycho, but its too late, they get dumped and Google runs off with all the money. SIMPLEZ.

Google search biz offer BINNED by EU competition chief

Joel Cholakians

Hi Guys,

its simple just put the original radio buttons back and your 50% on your way back to being trust-worthy.

The UK only, Ireland Only, Scotland Only, Wales Only, France Only, Italy Only Spain Only, Germany Only.

Australia Only, New Zealand Only, etc etc etc Then right next to it World Wide Radio button.

The radio buttons helped local competition stand out and get recognised and get much needed traffic.

Why on earth anybody would remove them after so many years of having them around can only be summarised as anticompetitive manoeuvres or ignorance.

Google's secret search offer to EU antitrust chief LEAKED by rivals

Joel Cholakians

Further action.

As a penalty for trying to evade European law after milking it so unfairly for so long, all Goggle spidering can be blocked at every internet switch. No more Google, long live Yahoo or complaint giants.

Rewards for complaint giant search engines would be massive.

Like China kicked out Google the EU can kick out Google for poor trade if not illegal and negligent trading practices.

Back Dated Penalties (Guy Fawkes Night)

Back Dated Penalties (Guy Fawkes Night)

A retreat would still be a victory and admission that Google can not compete, at least not compete fairly.

10% penalty for each year it was in breach since the complaints first started poring in would be a big dent in

the tune of billions and billions of US dollars.

The money could be used to fund many new search engine or other European internet start-ups and take away a lot of the market share.

TVs and RADIOs would then be able to remind the public that Google is no longer operating from within Europe and encourage them to use other local providers. On each month or anniversary it would be like Guy Fawkes Night.

Re: Search results

type "maps", and does google appear on the top? tell me what is listed and in what order please.

SiteLinks for top #1 ranking websites etc, or MORE THAN 1 LINK in the top 10 from the same domain name, or sub domain name, is also anti-competitive and unfair. Because its the same business entity. Why would one entity be so deserving to have 2 links in the top 10, pointing to the same business website. Why wouldn't others get this chance with the same keyword.

(WHY WHY) should they get even more real estate than the other top 9 sites, its already hard enough for #2 and number #3 sites to get traffic away from #1 and they are giving away more space. TO BE FAIR EACH SITE SHOULD GET THE SAME SPACE. Count the number of pixels X-Y-Z in the listings, and all other top, bottom, left, or right panels. See if they are giving unfair advantages, by running tests on more than 100,000 keywords.

Joel Cholakians

Regional UK, NZ, AU, FR, DE, CA, IE, and other search results, have been changed.

Remember the home page used to have 2 radio buttons, one World Wide, the other radio button was for Regional UK, IE, CA, etc country specific searches. (they buried it deeper twice, and thought we would not notice)

Take a look at google.co.uk or google.ca,.

1) Where has "Search pages from Canada" gone? Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

2) Where has "Search pages from UK" gone, Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

3) Where has "Search pages from New Zealand" gone, Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

4) Where has "Search pages from Germany" gone, Yes deeply buried (they buried it deeper twice)

etc.... for every other country out there.

I agree with your comment.

"LarsG - They are in the clear, the algorithms they use are so complex and convoluted that they baffled the investigators, most of whom were turned down for jobs by Google for not being clever enough."

A top US based website gets way more traffic, because there's simply more people in the USA, so how is a poor French website going to compete on the same keyword? The answer is they can't, not unless seriously gifted mathematicians expose the google search engine bias. Why do they hate other countries?

KISS = Keep it simple keep it stupid. Write Automated Test Cases

Lets write an automated computer test engine, and write test cases for the engine.

--TEST CASE 001--

google.co.uk - type kiss - count the number of co.uk listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

google.ie - type kiss - count the number of ie listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

google.ca - type kiss - count the number of ca listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

google.fr - type kiss - count the number of fr listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

google.de - type kiss - count the number of de listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

google.co.in - type kiss - count the number of co.in listings, how many are top 10, or top 5, or top 3, or #1?

--TEST CASE 002--

Prove that even if every person (100% population- 60,776,238), in the UK, visited a UK website for a given keyword, but then in the USA just as many people (60,776,238 from 301,139,947 = 20%) visited a US website for the same keyword, who/what website should appear at the top of google.co.uk or google.ie? US website or UK website?

Now go forth and write many more test cases for the engine. Interpret the results, graph them, make generalisations, and share your research on online forums.

Re: OK............

Regional UK, NZ, AU, FR, DE, CA, IE, and other countries such as India's (search results), have been changed.

Remember the home page used to have 2 radio buttons, one World Wide, the other radio button was for Regional UK, IE, CA, etc country specific searches. (they buried it deeper twice, and thought we would not notice), run test cases to see how many local .fe, or .co.uk or .co.in, or .ca websites appear at the top of search results, compared to .com domain names, especially .com from US based companies.

Take a look at google.co.uk or google.ca,.

Find what local and regional features they have buried away from the users home page and sub navigation. Once about a year ago, and again about 2-4 years ago. Did anyone even notice?

1) Where has "Search pages from Canada" gone? Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

2) Where has "Search pages from UK" gone, Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

3) Where has "Search pages from New Zealand" gone, Yes deeply buried. (they buried it deeper twice)

4) Where has "Search pages from Germany" gone, Yes deeply buried (they buried it deeper twice)

etc.... for every other country and language out there.

SiteLinks for top #1 ranking websites etc, or more than one link in the top 10 from the same domain name or sub domain name, is also anti-competitive and unfair. Why should they get even more real estate than the other top 9 sites, its already hard enough for #2 and number #3 sites to get traffic away from #1 and they are giving away more space. TO BE FAIR EACH SITE SHOULD GET THE SAME SPACE. If you don't believer me run a test case, and check the space allocated to #1 rankers for at least 100,000+ keywords. Everyone else gets way less space.

Top US based website gets way more traffic, because there's simply more people in the USA using search, so how is a poor French or German or Indian website going to compete on the same keyword? Sadly i don't know how many body parts will remain.

B) They reach the limit, and nothing like a God particle is revealed or other, and all there experiments achieved will be acceleration (good stuff) sad and boring collisions.

C) They wake up and realise that if God had anything to do with it, he would have put a password on at the sub atomic level.

D) They just over stated the possible findings of such experiments so they could get funding.

E) They run out of funding.

F) God has no TeV limits or other, humans have a 7-14 TeV limit... HAHAHA
