"Well we dont actually give it you, We just say we do and then slap you in the face for believing us." in the small print. Something needs to be done. I have Gigs and gigs of "linux distros" to download and giving me a shitty speed is not helping! is their a provider that actually gives you what they say they do? I am on virgin media. And with the talk now of capping you during the day. makes me wonder. What am I actually paying for?
