If they want to know who in California donated, I think SONY are going to be busy knocking on quite a few doors.

Is it possible SONY are trying to accuse him of taking monies from another large company such is Nicrosoft or Mintendo to throw a spanner in SONYs works? and therefor they are saying he would have been doing it for profit and not for his own personal use, which would then take the link to the iPhone jailbreak ruling out of the equation?

I donated when the legal fund request went up. Im just glad I dont live in the US.

Im also pleased I didnt bother buying a Wii.

I've had my PS3 from day one (uk) and was tempted buying a Wii for that little extra emersion into the games.

This looks amazing and I cant wait for it to come out!

I think this is a cross between a good and totally ridiculous idea. Good in the sense that the idea is to "force parents to disconnect from the office and reconnect with their family" but totally stupid in that parents "will be asked to hand their device into one of five “PDA drop off zones”". My god! First of all, im pretty sure I wouldn't want to leave my phone/PDA/PDA phone with anyone I didnt know, let alone someone whose main job it is, is to dish out candy floss. And second, most of the time, its been a while since parents were at school... with the obvious exception of the 15yr gym slip mums. Having your pda 'confiscated' until home time seems a little over the top.

Drastic action would be to have snipers shoot the devices out of peoples hands if they were seen using them within 50 feet of another person.
