FCC douses America's net neutrality in gas, tosses over a lit match

Learn basic grammar maybe?

He said comments with profanity were ignored, but others weren't.

And by the way, some of us still believe in rights, such as the right trade freely without thugs like you wanted to force people to sell you what you want at gun point.

Poll: Climate change now more divisive than abortion, gun control

That climate change has happened and is happening? Then yes. Oh wait, you mean man-made climate change? Then no. That's why they trot out studies that show the ice is melting in the studied area and ignore the fact that total levels are increasing. So yes, sea ice is melting at high rates in that area and if it continues at that rate it will all disappear in X years.

By that same logic I can predict that, given the rate the temperatures have been rising here lately, that we will all be dead by July. I mean six weeks ago it was 70F and now we are seeing spikes into the 90's!!!!

Re: The right to bear arms (does not define those arms for a reason!)

Seriously? The whole reason there is a US Constitution is we declared the legitimate, standing government to be "unjust and tyranical" and took up arms against it.

Denying it happened doesn't mean it can't happen again. I am not advocating it, just point out a fact. There is also the issue of self-defense (please research murders per capita in the US and the UK and get back to me on that).

The headline is misleading. Also the Doom comment is off base. Are you seriously comparing a range simulator to a shooter that has you blowing people's heads off? Please try to keep the bias to minimum ok?

FTR, I am a gamer, I enjoy (dispite sucking at) FPS games and I own firearms for defense and recreation.

Just my random thoughts

In the US, if your actions cause harm to another person, you can be held liable. There was a case of road rage where a man followed a couple home, and proceeded to get into a screaming match with the elderly man. The wife of the elderly man told the "aggressor" that her husband had a heart condition etc, and so when he had a heart attack and died, the man was charged. I don't remember the exact details but I believe he plea bargained his way out of major time.
