In Windows 10 Update land, nobody can hear you scream

Bought a new laptop yesterday. Automatic windows update kills wifi interface, no access to a wired network. The update that killed wifi can not be uninstalled. The damn machine is only one day old and its not useable.

Just downloaded the iso, installed onto a machine that has been working for a couple of years = lockup, blue screen of death, dead (completely).

Probably just a horrible coincidence.
