Bell Canada chokes BitTorrent traffic on someone else's ISP

P2P is not killing the net.

I live in Canada and all the ISPs have in the fine print that they will charge extra if you abuse the network (have a upper limit of the traffic). Well, if P2P traffic is killing the net then charge us for it. People said that we are not paying for the resources, how come I get a bill each month. If what Bell is charging is not enough to keep the network up, they should charge more.
