hmm
So the question is is the French courts going to allow all the French middle men who offer very little value other than as a job agency continue to leech off the companies in order to have access to the French market? We shall see.

Its pretty obvious like almost everything else this complex ,nothing proactive will ever be done and in fact if anything ever is done it will be so reactive as to be too late for at least a few generations. Lets just hope this phenomenon is more like a passing cold instead of like VD or cancer which seldom get better on their own when ignored.
no I don't add the jewish part due to racism but to accent just how ridiculous the whole thing is. Faith is for people with high EQ but a basic lack of science reasoning ability. Yes their are some but the majority of Nobel Prize winners were never dunked in a river.
never said he had a majority I was saying it would be stupid if Obama had 49 and Romney 48 with %3 undecided or something and that Obama has a big advantage on smartphone owners. The gap is significantly bigger but also surprisingly a large number of smart phone owners haven't decided. I guess they are waiting and hoping Romney cuts down on the gaffes.
Even a mediocre candidate would make this an election a referendum on Obama's performance which given the current economic climate should make for an easy win. Sadly Mittens is such a weak candidate that he will end up pulling a Mondale and making this an election about his own unelectability the way things are going.
Followed the article link given and the %49 (not even a majority) for Obama sounds better than the article lets on.
The takeaway from the survey, Velti notes, was that 49 per cent of the iPhone and Android-device owners would vote for incumbent Obama, while only 31 per cent said they would vote for challenger Romney.
Digital stuff posted on the internet could exist loss-less forever with things like the wayback machine, archiving, etc. I bet a lot of people in the early 1950's in the South USA would not want some of the things they had written about race relations to be republished so keep in mind your grandkids might get to read what you had to say about this subject. That said lets hope the see I told you so gets to come from the human climate change deniers because with continued crop failures such as are happening now in the USA if the majority of scientists are right it will be quite the Pyrrhic victory to say see I was right on the other side with an empty belly.
The option to purchase more stock unless incredibly discounted is worthless as the stock won't ever go above low 20's ever again. Still chuckle about that asshat Jerry Y turning down $33 a share. It might someday see that price again but only if they reverse split the stock several times which they may have to do in the next five years to keep from being delisted.
Actually the timing of this study is perfect. It is really important to get out in front of the problem of one of the worst droughts in living memory in the US before crop failure causes food prices to double and people start asking uncomfortable questions. The key is to turn the public's attention towards something else. Nothing to see here move on.
And yes I know Xbox has DRM also but Sony is directly and indirectly responsible for funding and creating most of the DRM schemes out there. They are also the biggest proponent of it by far. Their media studio first f__k the customer attitude is much of the reason they have been in the red for over five years straight.
And as usual they punish the lowly turd on the bottom instead of all his superior officers whose dereliction of duty put him in position for this to happen. Just like the muslim Ft. Hood shooter military bureaucracy would rather shuffle warm bodies from post to post instead of actually dealing with its common personale problems.
Keep believing the military wasn't making a statement on this. The sad thing is based on how Obama has handled whistle blowers in general the order probably came from higher up. Obama has been a giant disappointment in many ways but non bigger than his lack of transparency on many things.
I agree as a person subject to the UCMJ he does not have rights a normal civilian has and so the case should be treated somewhat different than say the Pentagon papers case. Still treating a prisoner like this does nothing to help the governments case and does more damage overseas showing us like any other 3rd world repressive banana republic. In our justice system its supposed to be innocent until (broke?) proven guilty which he currently still is so he shouldn't be punished until after the conviction.

No official 10.8 release for Intel Mac Pro tower first and second generations is such bullshit. Performance is still great (if upgrade video card) but forced obsolescence for you. You have to spend the money and rebuy a computer every few years to stay in the cool club or else you are forced to follow complex steps to basically make yoru computer a hackintosh.
> for years before anything resembling a coherent and finished draft appears - by which time vendors will simply argue over who gets to 'win' in terms of specific implementations regardless of what the finished draft says.
Wow so sounds like every other major networking protocol/technology then. v.90 anyone?
>He notes that a stable development kit and software interfaces are still missing in action.
Wow its really looking grim for Nokia then. For Microsoft they will be ah darn another failed platform/technology (WM, Kin, Silverlight) we will abandon and use as a tax write off to offset the billions that continue to roll in off Windows/Office. Nokia is learning why Sendo is no longer with us.
