BBC protects 'unique' 1Xtra listeners from radio cull

title

The station on the graph is Five Live Sports Xtra - it's a station that runs about once a week on digital only, and only when there's too many matches to cover on Five Live alone, so it costs peanuts and the listening figures aren't bad at all

Yahoo IM

Usage of the different IM platform varies a lot by country. The UK is really dominated by MSN, while their penetration in the US is much lower and more users still use AIM and Yahoo. I would guess that Europe uses more Yahoo than the UK, with odd things like GaduGadu still dominating in Poland. No idea about non-western countries, although good character set support may well be an issue that drives users to specific platforms.

The other issue is which clients get included with / are easily available for which mobile phone. I know that WinMo comes with an MSN client, but I don't remember any client supplied with Android or iPhone. Many of the more effective clients like Meebo, which handles all the protocols in one screen probably register as HTTP traffic anyway.

You're missing the NHS

Almost none of the staff managed and ultimately kitted out with IT by the department are civil servants directly employed by the department. Mostly they work for the NHS, which is one of the largest employers in the world.

re: direct db access?

mssql's default admin password is (or at least used to be) notoriously commonly left as-is, which probably makes it worth checking any system for it. You don't need sql injection for that though.
