It's not that the gov is against immigration, they are against undocumented immigration. Why wouldn't you want to have some sort of record of everyone entering and leaving your country. And come on, 'stole' california from mexico?? Every country's borders were changed around in it's formitive stages. Wouldn't Scotland say the same thing about England?
