No wonder there are so many shootings in the US. I'd much rather live somewhere with decent gun control so I can get pissed in comparative safety.
Um just a few things. So you mean to tell me that if you had a gun and got pissed you would act the same way ?? More people in the US are killed by drunk drivers then people getting drunk and shooting other people. Oh and must gun violence in the US is done by people who are not allowed to have guns .

Oh to the people that think this device is barbaric you need to look at the alternative of not using this device . In places like the yard this is how it works when a fight breaks out . When the guard sees a fight he sounds an alarm. Any one still standing when the alarm goes off gets shot . In confined areas they send in a team. Any one still standing when the alarm goes off gets hit with a night stick.
Cell extractions. This when a prisoner refuses to come out of the cell. There are two options .
Option one the use of force. You have a cell extraction time rush in and use night sticks to get to comply , at this point he is dragged out and cuffed . Option two. You toss pepper spray in the cell. When the prisoner can't take it any more and comes out , the prisoner will be slammed to the ground and then cuffed .

In mid-July, the jury in a Riverside, Calif., court decided that designer Carter Bryant had created the majority of MGA's Bratz doll design drawings, prototypes and sculpts while he was still employed at Mattel. Bryant reached a separate settlement with Mattel Terms were not disclosed.
It also was determined that MGA and its Chief Executive Isaac Larian intentionally interfered with contractual duties that Bryant owed to Mattel and converted property for its use.
In the end, the jury awarded $90 million for the claims against MGA and Larian and $10 million for copyright infringement against MGA and Larian.

Your wrong. California law says you can not sell lost property .
They have done test to prove cell phones don t cause head aches . How did they do it ? they took a group of people that said cell phones gave them head aches and stuck them in a room and placed a cell phone transmitter. now for sectioning some one (Involuntary psychiatric hold) that varies from state to state . In my state of California its called 5150 proceeding .
Section 5150 is a section of the California Welfare and Institutions Code (specifically, the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act or "LPS") which allows a qualified officer or clinician to involuntarily confine a person deemed to have a mental disorder that makes them a danger to him or her self, and/or others and/or gravely disabled. A qualified officer, which includes any California peace officer, as well as any specifically designated county clinician, can request the confinement after signing a written declaration.
This is a 72 hour hold. Rarely does it proceed to 5152 hearing. Thats a 14 day hold and you have to go before a judge .
Maybe you can pass retrospectively laws in Europe but not in the the US . But right now google should be worried about the law changing but 30 states suing them.ew few companies have enough money to fight off such an attack. Also Google needs to worry about 30 sate AGs trying to find some that was done illegal. If they cant find it, they might just make up some thing and then force Google to defend them selfs.
