Re: Probably just as well, given how much RAM it uses..
You can;t upgrade 32 bit wiows to 64 bit. You have to do a clean install

"ne big difference between USA and most other countries is that IIUC, US citizens while abroad must continue to comply with most US laws in addition to the laws of the country they are in unless doing so conflicts with the laws of the other country. Most other countries do not require its citizens to comply with laws that do not exist in the country they are visiting. Theoretically a 20 year old US citizen who has an alcoholic drink in a UK pub could be prosecuted upon their return to the US"
You are wrong . The only thing you can be prsocuted for in a forgien land by the US as an American is traveling to have sex with a minor, not paying your taxes to Uncle same and killing another american. Other wise you can get drunk, do drugs and kill kids and not be proscuted when you get back(unless those kids are American
See at first I was like you might hate MS but the fact that they are allowing folks to look at the code puts them miles ahead of vendors like die bold . Then I saw the will not be selling the kit directly but to voting machine vendors. You know the same folks that refuse to let people look at the code . The same folks that sued to stop people from looking the code.
"Interesting. Is that how it's being reported in the US? Or are you just making a statement based on some hazy, misremembered fake news?"
No it's being reported that the UK ambassador to the US said some unflattering things about trump. It's being suggested that Boris Johnson had something to do with the leak because he did not like the ambassador. Whatever the reason it was leaked to get rid of the ambassador
Only in a murder trial do you have a last-minute proof that the prosecution keeps hidden until just the right time - twenty seconds before the commercial break.
Wow, that would mean the US more enlighten. I doubt that the UK would let prosecutors withhold evidence till the last minute. Not even the US does that
Using data from 1980 to 2013, in the UK 66.6% of men and 52.7% of women were found to be either overweight or obese. The figures for Malta were 74.0% of men and 57.8% of women and for Iceland were 73.6% of men and 60.9% of women respectively. The UK had the fifth highest rate of obesity in Europe in 2015.
The UK is only less then half a percent behind the US
The spares do not work even though the part number in the database says it should. Then you look down and notice the part numbers are different. I'm looking at you IBM and your so-called equivalent FRU parts. Or worse all your spares are faulty and the last spare kills the entire unit. Now not only do you need a new PSU but new board :).
Never ever say we have not had a failure in x time and do not expect one to ever happen.
Three things. Either management knew or they were told not to tell them. Third option QA has been so low and glaring obvious that the engineers thought management would ignore them so they kept quiet .
Read how they are shipping planes with tools and metal debris in the planes .
First you write: No, its clear that the pilots in the second crash tried to do what Boeing said.
But then you write: However Boeing gave incomplete information to the pilots. ... In the old, old days the Boeing flight manual gave a real procedure on how to recover the airplane, but it has been airbrushed from history
It seems you disagree with my post, but at the same time it seems you fail to agree with yourself. "
??? They did what boeing told to do but boieng did not give the full instructions . Hoiw is that not agreeing with him self
From what I've been reading QA is non existent at Boeing . First of the warning light was an upgrade and non standard. Now it's come out that boeing was shipping planes with with metal debris and tools left in them. if management does not care about shipping planes with debris and tools in it you think they care about programing bugs ?? Oh a fucking warning light was an add on option.
Depending on the state if the lawyer knows that the person is likely to plead the 5th the jury must be cleared during questioning .
When a defendant pleads the Fifth, jurors are not permitted to take the refusal to testify into consideration when deciding whether a defendant is guilty. In the 2001 case Ohio v. Reiner, the U.S. Supreme Court held that "a witness may have a reasonable fear of prosecution and yet be innocent of any wrongdoing. The [Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination] serves to protect the innocent who otherwise might be ensnared by ambiguous circumstances." This case beefed up an earlier ruling that prosecutors can't ask a jury to draw an inference of guilt from a defendant's refusal to testify in his own defense.
