We've still not been briefed that we will support Dell Computers and I work for the Tech Guys in their Nottingham-based call centre. Many thanks to the Register for letting me know, I look forward to the single day of training that we might receive in these products. It will be a day more than we received about peripherals / PDAs / any of the Apple products available from the DSGi chain.

If you were to call the Tech Guys, it is highly unlikely that the call agent you speak will have even touched a Dell computer. Any experience they have will be from the previous cockups they've made, there is always a first time they'll fix it....
