Still waiting....
Its now 4am and still on hold. Have been since 2am, started at position 36 got to 6 and the phone battery went flat... handy though I got back in at 16 50mins ago... now at 9

Fasthosts customers blindsided by emergency password reset

Now I'm stuffed...
No snail mail, was mid house move when this kicked off and couldn't get into control panel to change address. AND my email address for password reset is hosted by Farcehosts and as they've locked me out I'll never get to know about a new one.
Anyone suggest a good hosting service ?
